One of the bigger moments coming out of Wolverine this past weekend, was the release of the teaser for Neill Blomkamp's first feature, District 9.
Produced by Peter Jackson, the pseudo-documentary style thriller tells the story of a race of aliens that have landed, and are now living within the slums of South Africa. Based on Blomkamp's short film, Alive in Joberg, the film has been kept tight under wraps, yet, from what we have seen, is easily one of my most anticipated films of this summer, if not right at number one. I'm a big sci-fi fan, and while some may dislike the films style, I think it's really interesting, and now, thanks to IMDB, we finally get to see what was under that blur.
This is basically the same as the theatrical teaser, but it takes off the blur over the aliens face, and adds subtitles to the alien language, all of which add more to the seemingly unknown plot. Let me know what you think below!
