HEADLINES: The Past Week...

So, I've been away for the past week, and a lot has happened, so all in all, I have decided to just update you all with the most important headlines. Here are your headlines for the past week:

- It appears that David Mamet is set to write and direct a new biopic on the life and times of Anne Frank...

- Paul W.S. Anderson has begun work on a prequel to his Death Race 2000 Prequel, Death Race...

- Frank Darabont is working on a small screen adaptation of The Waking Dead, the hit comic book series. AMC anyone?

- The super un called for feature length McGruber film (based on the awful and simply unfunny SNL skit), is set to be released as a "hard R". Fun...

- Next up for Half Nelson/Sugar directors Ryan Fleck and Anna Boden is an adaptation of the novel, It's Kind of A Funny Story by Neo Vizzini...

- In more UNCALLED for news, Wolfgang Peterson, yeah, the guy behind Neverending Story, is in final talks to remake, in live action, the masterpiece of anime cinema, Paprika. I call bullshit, in every possible language...

- The teaser for Christopher Nolan's new film, Inception, will be shown before some screenings of Inglourious Basterds next week!!!!

- FINALLY, in INSANE RUMOR news, it appears that Steven Speilberg is set to jump into the producers seat for the much anticipated Halo film...

Go see something good!
