In a late piece of news, today Paramount released the awesome and chilling first trailer for the upcoming adaptation of Dennis Lahane's novel, Shutter Island, directed by legend Martin Scorsese. The film looks dark and along with the creepy premise, looks very creepy stylistically. It has hints at great performances, and with Scorsese, you can count on the film having a great soundtrack and a stunning visual style. Check out the trailer below, and see for yourself!
